SUBSTANCE: method for separating a neutral amino acid from an aqueous solution of a mixture with a mineral salt by neutralisation dialysis, comprising passing a mixed solution into the middle compartment of a three-sectional dialyzer and feeding acid and alkali solutions into the receiving adjacent chambers separated from the average profiled cation exchange and anion exchange membrane, respectively, wherein phenylalanine is used as neutral amino acid, and under the mineral salt - sodium chloride, the process is carried out in multistage in the circulating hydraulic regime. Solutions after leaving the sections of the dialysis machine fall into the storage tanks, whence they return again to the sections of the dialyzer.

EFFECT: increasing the yield of amino acids.
