SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing equipment of safety devices of safety systems in emergency situations (ES) of explosive nature. The method for probing and preventing emergency situations consists in receiving a signal from a probing system in a dangerous zone including sensors, the probe is adjusted for exceeding the maximum allowable concentrations of the chemically-dangerous substances present in the zone, the probe is adjusted for exceeding the maximum allowable limits of the radioactive substances, and an infrared radiation sensor indicating the occurrence of fire, which signals are sent to the common microprocessor of the dangerous zone probing system, and the signals are processed to produce a control signal, and signals are additionally obtained with a simultaneously functioning built-in emergency warning system of an explosion-hazardous nature, which is made on the basis of two safety indicators located directly on the explosion-proof panel and in the structure of the explosion-proof element in its supporting rod, at that the "weak links" in built-in systems of emergency warning of explosion-hazardous nature are: in one case, a bushing made of a quick-disintegrating material, e.g. glass, of "triplex" type which is installed directly in the explosion-proof panel on the supporting rod telescopically inserted into fixed branch pipes-supports, and in the other one-in explosion-proof elements damping shock waves action during explosion, and made in the form of packs of elastic plate elements movably mounted on the rods with stop sheets comprising a circular base which by means of at least two pins is movably positioned on the rod with the stop-sheet, at that one end of the pin is rigidly fixed on stop-sheet, and the other one is entered a gap in the hole made in the base and is fixed by means of a nut, and the bushing made of quick-disintegrating material is installed on outer surface of the pin coaxially and axially symmetrical, on which the safety indicator is placed in the form of a sensor responding to deformation, for example, tenzoresistor, which output of which is connected to signal amplifier, for example, a tenzoamplifier, and the output of the tenzoamplifier is connected to the input of the common microprocessor of the emergency situation warning system.
EFFECT: increase of efficiency of explosion-hazardous objects protection from emergency situations.
