SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparation of nanocapsules of penicillin group medicine preparations selected from amoxicillin, the sodium salt of benzylpenicillin, ampicillin, consisting of kojac gum application as nanocapsules shells and a penicillin group preparation as core, at a nucleus:shell mass ratio of 1:1, wherein the said preparation of the penicillin group is added to the kojac gum suspension in butanol in the presence of 0.01 g E472c, then methylene chloride is added, the resulting nanocapsule suspension is filtered off and dried at 25°C.
EFFECT: simplified and accelerated process for obtaining of nanocapsules of water-soluble drugs of the penicillin group in konjac gum, reduced losses in the preparation of nanocapsules.
