FIELD: complex technical systems modeling.

SUBSTANCE: technical result is achieved by the possibility of simulating minimal destructive effects (R) per each WAN SCS element, at which the WAN SCS element with a given probability in accordance with the distribution law becomes inoperative, simulation of maximum load (H) on WAN SCS, formation of reliability assessment models of WAN SCS using different laws of distribution of random variables (R) and (H), selecting a model with a dominant distribution law of random variables (R) and (H), comparing the obtained SP values with the required value based on the selected dominant distribution law.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of evaluation reliability of simulated processes.
