FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: product is immersed in a bath using rod holders for galvanic metal coating application, provided with anodes of pure metal, such as nickel, copper or brass, or silver. The bath is filled with electrolyte from the group consisting of pyrophosphate, sulfate, ferricyanide, polyphosphate, thiocyanate, iodide, sulfamic, trilonate, dicyanoargentate, cyanide, and marking phosphor is added, which is coated with a protective sheath in the form of a protective capsule inert to the electrolyte, optically and/or physically transparent, with the ability to pass the waves in the optically visible and/or invisible range. The galvanic coating of the said metals is deposited at continuous electrolytic stirring at 650 rpm and electrolyte temperature of 20-70°C, and during metal coating deposition, phosphor refilling is performed. Electric phosphor, and/or Stokes phosphor, and/or anti-Stokes phosphor are used as marking phosphor. The protective sheath - alumina or titania, is applied in vacuum using atomic layer deposition, and silicon oxide is applied in vacuum using chemical vapour deposition. Calcium silicate treated by zinc sulfate can be also used as the protective sheath.
EFFECT: resulting multi-layer valuable metal product with a protective luminescent element has a high degree of protection against forgery.
