FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: plant 100 contains the chamber 10, into which the red-hot coke is supplied and the circulating cooling gas is blown; the cyclone 20, into which the circulating cooling gas is injected through the first channel 70. The cyclone collects the coke powder; and the exhaust heat boiler 30, into which the circulating cooling gas is injected through the second channel 80, at that the exhaust heat boiler recovers the heat of the circulating cooling gas. The circulating cooling gas, flowing from the exhaust heat boiler 30, returns to the chamber 10 through the third channel 90, connecting the exhaust heat boiler and the chamber, thereby cooling the red-hot coke in it. The circulating cooling gas is supplied to the cyclone 20, it has the temperature adjusted in the range from 757-900°C. The second channel 80 has the protruding part 81, protruding upward from the top part of the cyclone 20 and the horizontal part 82, that is bent from the protruding part and extends horizontally. The air supply channel 40, for injecting the air into the circulating cooling gas, is located only on the protruding part 81 along the second channel 80.
EFFECT: reduction of the scale formation in the cyclone and, as the result, increase of dust collection efficiency, reduction of the exhaust heat boiler surface wear, improvement of the heat transfer efficiency, reduction of the circulating cooling gas volume, compactness of the plant.
