SUBSTANCE: roller includes a hollow cylinder (1) with a smooth cylinder (4) mounted inside it, and ribs (3) spaced uniformly along the helix between the vertical discs (2) of the hollow cylinder (1). The smooth cylinder (4) is mounted on semi-axles (5) with holders (6) with the possibility of rotate in the semi-axles (5) and around the geometrical axis of the hollow cylinder (1). The outer diameter of the smooth cylinder (4) is greater than the inner radius of the hollow cylinder (1). The geometric rotation axis of the hollow cylinder (1) is parallel to the geometric rotation axis of the smooth cylinder (4). In the holders (6) longitudinal grooves are made. The smooth cylinder (4) is installed in the holders (6) with the possibility of adjusting the distance between its generatrix and the inner surface of the ribs (3).
