SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural engineering, in particular to tillage rollers. The tillage roller includes a hollow cylinder equipped with an axis with evenly spaced ribs around the circumference. The ribs are installed in a helical line and connect the vertical disks. Inside the hollow cylinder, a smooth cylinder is installed, the diameter of which is less than the radius of the hollow cylinder. The smooth cylinder is provided with an axis mounted in bearings on tangs on the axis of the hollow cylinder. The axis of the hollow cylinder is installed with the possibility of rotation separately from the vertical disks. Pulleys are rigidly mounted on the axis of the hollow cylinder, annular grooves are made on the surface of the smooth cylinder, connected by belts with pulleys, and the diameter of the pulleys is less than the radius of the smooth cylinder, and debalancers are installed on the axis of the hollow cylinder with the possibility of rotation relative to the axis of the hollow cylinder and fixation in a given position.
