SUBSTANCE: soil-tilling roller contains hollow cylinder (2) equipped with axis (1) with ribs (3) evenly arranged around the circumference, mounted along a helical line, connecting vertical discs (4). Inside hollow cylinder (2), smooth cylinder (5) is installed, the diameter of which is less than the radius of hollow cylinder (2). Smooth cylinder (5) is equipped with an axis mounted in bearings on leashes (7) on axis (1) of hollow cylinder (2). Axis (1) of hollow cylinder (2) is installed with the possibility of rotation separately from vertical disks (4). Pulleys (8) are rigidly mounted on axis (1) of hollow cylinder (2). Annular grooves are made on the surface of smooth cylinder (5) near leashes (7), the profile of which is the same as the profile of grooves on pulleys (8). Annular grooves are connected by belts (10) to pulleys (8). On axis (1) of hollow cylinder (2), unbalancers (11) are installed. On leashes (7), with the possibility of changing the position in a plane parallel to vertical disks (4) and the possibility of fixing in a given position, Z-shaped brackets (12) are installed, on which tension rollers (13) are installed parallel to axis (1) of hollow cylinder (2) and with the possibility of rotation around its axis.
