FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: secondary lithium-ion battery (100) with a nonaqueous electrolyte includes a current collecting foil (21) of the negative electrode and a negative electrode mixed layer (22) that is located on the collector foil of the negative electrode. The mixed layer of the negative electrode comprises a plurality of granular particles, each of which contains the active material (2) of the negative electrode and the covering film (4). The film is formed on the surface of the active material of the negative electrode and includes the first film (4a) and the second film (4b). The first film is formed on the surface of the active material of the negative electrode, and the second film is formed on the first film, in addition, the first film contains the polymer-carboxymethyl cellulose, and the second film contains the polymer-polyacrylic acid.
EFFECT: increased duration of charge-discharge cycles while maintaining battery power.
