FIELD: human life necessities satisfaction.

SUBSTANCE: monitoring system is used with processing of the received information about the danger zone to make a decision to prevent an emergency situation; in the test box, a mock-up of an explosive object is installed; and video surveillance cameras are installed on its internal and external perimeters, to monitor the development of an emergency situation in an accident at an explosive site, which is simulated by installation of an explosive fragmentation element with a explosion initiator in the mock-up, while the cameras are made with explosion protection and the outputs from the video cameras via the internal cavity of spacers are connected to the unit by which the process of technological parameters changing in the mock-up are recorded, after which the recorded oscillograms analyzers system are used to record changes in the explosive object mock-up, and an opening is made in the overhead parts of the mock-up that is closed with an explosion-proof element installed on a free fit on three elastic pins, one end of each of which is rigidly fixed in the mock-up ceiling, and a horizontal crossbar is attached to the second one, a three-coordinate pressure sensor in explosion proof structure is installed between the explosive fragment and the opening, the output of which is connected to the input of the recording equipment unit, and on either side of the pressure sensor temperature and humidity sensors are located that control the thermal regime in the mock-up, the outputs of which are also connected to the input of the recording equipment unit, strain gauges are attached to the internal and external surfaces of mock-up fencings, the outputs of which are also connected to the input of the recording equipment unit, after processing of the obtained experimental data, an information database on the development of an emergency situation in the event of an explosion in an explosive object is formed and a mathematical model predicting prevention of an emergency situation in case of an accident in an explosive area is made.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of protection for process equipment and people against emergency situations by means of emergency situation development prediction in event of accident at an explosive facility.
