FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: stand for investigating parameters of explosion-proof elements in case of emergency situation at explosion-hazard facility contains a monitoring system with processing of obtained information about the dangerous zone to make a decision for preventing the emergency situation, in the test box an explosion-hazard facility mock-up is set, and video cameras are installed on its inner and outer perimeters for video surveillance of the emergency situation development in case of accident at the explosion-hazard facility which is modelled by installing an of explosive fragmentation element with explosion initiator in the mock-up. Video cameras are made in explosion-proof design, and the outputs from the video cameras are connected through the inner cavity of the spacers to the unit by means of which recording and registration of developing changes of technological parameters in the mock-up is carried out, after which oscillograms of developing changes of technological parameters in the mock-up of explosive facility are recorded by analyzer system, an opening is made in the ceiling part of the mock-up which is closed with explosion-proof element mounted in a loose fit on three elastic pins, one end of each of which is rigidly fixed in mock-up ceiling, and a horizontal cross-bar is fixed on the second one, a three-dimensional pressure sensor is installed between the explosive fragmentation element and the opening, the output of which is connected to the input of the recording and registration equipment unit, and temperature and humidity sensors are placed on both sides of the pressure sensor that control thermal and humidity conditions within the mock-up, the outputs of which are also connected to the input of the recording and registration equipment unit, the outputs of which are also connected to the input of the recording and registration equipment unit, and the inner and outer surfaces of the mock-up are glued by strain gages, the outputs of which are also connected to the input of recording and registration equipment unit, after processing of obtained experimental data, information database is formed concerning development of the emergency situation in case of accident at the explosion-hazard facility to constitute mathematical model that forecasting prevention of the emergency situation in case of accident at explosion-hazard facility.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of protection for process equipment and people against emergency situations by means of emergency situation development prediction in event of accident at explosive hazard facility.
