FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical and general machine engineering, in particular to the safety systems preventing the emergency development. A model of the explosive object is placed in the test cubicle. Video cameras are mounted in the inner and outer perimeters of the model. In the ceiling of the model there is an opening, which is closed with the explosion-proof element set for loose fitting on the three elastic pins. A 3-D pressure sensor is installed between the explosive fission element and the opening in the explosion-proof design. Temperature and humidity sensors are installed at both sides of the pressure sensor. The internal and external surfaces of the model fencing are pasted with the strain gauge. The cameras and the sensors are connected to the recording and registering equipment. The information database for the development of emergency is formed and the mathematical model predicting emergency prevention at the hazardous facility accident is made after processing of the experimental data.
EFFECT: invention improves the protection efficiency of the technological equipment and the human resources from emergencies.
