FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: monitoring system is used with the processing of the received information about the hazardous zone for making decisions on the prevention of emergency situations, a layout of the explosive object is set in the test box, and on its inner and outer perimeters there are video cameras for surveillance of the process of the emergency situation development during the accident at the explosive object, which is modelled by setting the layout of the explosive shrapnel element with the initiator of the explosion. Then the technological parameter changes in the layout of the explosive object are registered through the system of analyzers of the recorded waveforms of the processes, and in the ceiling of the layout an opening is made, which is closed with the explosion-proof element mounted on the free boarding on three elastic pins, one end of each of which is rigidly fixed in the ceiling of the layout, and a horizontal bar is fixed on the second one, between the explosive shrapnel element and the aperture a three-dimensional pressure sensor is set in the explosion-proof design, the output of which is connected to the input of the recording and registering equipment, and on both sides of the pressure sensor the temperature and humidity sensors are located, controlling the operation mode in the layout, the outputs are also connected to the input of the recording and registering equipment, and the internal and external surfaces of the layout fencing are pasted with strain gauges, the outputs of which are also connected to the input of the recording and registering equipment.

EFFECT: increased protection efficiency of the technological equipment and human resources from the emergency by the possibility of the emergency situation prediction at the accident of the explosive object.
