FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: intrapancreatic cyst cavity and the enlarged major pancreatic duct cavity are opened. Stones are removed from the duct from the gland bag or through the back wall of the stomach. An anastomosis is placed between the stomach and the open cavities of the cyst and duct. The aboral end of a nasogastric tube is inserted into the cyst cavity for temporary external drainage.
EFFECT: minimal duration and traumatism of intervention, reduced risk of severe postoperative complications of chronic cystic pancreatitis surgical treatment.
