KOCHETOV DEVICE FOR EXPLOSION PROTECTION OF INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC E04B1/92

Abstract RU 2609480 C1

FIELD: fire-prevention facilities.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protective devices used in hazardous and radioactive facilities, such as easily resettable panels and roofs, explosion-proof fencings and dampers, overpressure valves. The protective device of industrial buildings containing explosive and fire hazardous equipment, which is installed on the building foundation, and explosion-proof elements are made in the side and upper fences of the industrial building, wherein the explosion-proof elements for side fences are installed in the form of safety crumbling structures, and those for upper fences - in the form of explosion-proof plates, each of which comprises a metal frame with an armoured metallic frame with metallic armour plating and lead filling, four fixed bearing pipes, and four support rods are tightly sealed in the building covering , which are telescopically inserted in the fixed bearing pipes of the plate. The supporting rods are made resilient, and to the butts of the support rods, on the side facing the metal frame, the additional elements damping the impact of a shock wave are attached; the lateral explosion-proof elements are designed as the securing collapsing fence construction comprising concrete panels, each of which consists of a collapsing and an indestructible part. The indestructive part is made in the form of bearing ribs disposed along the contour of the collapsing part, and the collapsing part is made in the form of at least two coaxial recesses in the wall of the building. The explosion-proof plate comprises bushings of easy-destructed material, e.g. glass of the "triplex" type, on the support rod butts, which are placed between the additional elements and the metal frame with the armoured metal plating, and at least three horizontal rods, on which the armoured screen is located, are attached to the supporting ribs placed along the contour of the orderly collapsing structure, and the orderly collapsing structure comprises a built-in emergency alert, which is designed as a safety indicator fixed between the flanges, one of which is rigidly fixed to the bearing ribs placed along the contour of the orderly collapsing structure, and other - on the armored screen, on the side of inclined surfaces connected with a rib turned to the screen, the armoured screen being fixed to the rods via elastic elements by locking elements. The flanges are connected to an element, on which the security indicator is fixed, designed as a sensor responding to deformation, the output of which is connected to a signal amplifier and the output from the signal amplifier is connected to the input of the emergency alert system device.

EFFECT: invention improves the security of personnel work in hazardous areas.
