SUBSTANCE: pyridoxine qualitative and quantitative determination method, based on the sorption concentration of pyridoxine on the mineral sorbent and the formation on its surface of the colored three-component compound with the pyridoxine participation, Fe2+ and bromophenol blue. The solid-phase matrix for sorption concentration is the silicon-containing material with such advantages as non-swelling, rigid framework, developed surface, thermal and hydrolytic stability, resistance to the action of organic solvents.

EFFECT: invention provides the creation of highly sensitive express method for estimating the content of the indicated vitamin in water objects.
