FIELD: analytical chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analytical chemistry, namely to the quantitative or test determination of tetracycline and doxycycline in milk and dairy products. For the test determination, protein and milk fat are previously removed from the samples. Then antibiotics are concentrated on the surface of chemically modified Fe (III) aluminosilicate to form a colored complex. Determination of tetracycline and doxycycline is carried out visually by comparing the color of the material in the sorption cartridge with a pre-constructed colorimetric test scale. For the quantitative determination of tetracycline and doxycycline, tetracycline and doxycycline are determined by colorimetry using digital photodetection based on the calibration dependence of the green color component on the antibiotic concentration.

EFFECT: invention provides for the preliminary screening of samples of milk and dairy products in the practice of laboratories.
