FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to analytical chemistry and concerns tetracycline quantitation in human and animal urine. There is disclosed method of express sorptographic colorimetric biological medium analysis for tetracycline, based on sorption concentration of tetracycline on mineral sorbent and formations of painted compound on a sorbent with tetracycline, iron (III) chloride and [Fe(CN)6]4-. There is disclosed express method.
EFFECT: development of express method, allowing for higher sensitivity of urine analysis for tetracycline content.
