FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analytical chemistry and deals with quantitative determination of tetracycline in milk and dairy products. Method of determination of tetracycline in milk and dairy products consists in preliminary sorption concentration of tetracycline by means of natural zeolite and further determination of said analyte by method of high performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detection at wavelength 350 nm.
EFFECT: increased sensitivity of assessment of tetracycline content in milk and dairy products, low cost price of analysis, simplicity of implementation and rapidity.
