SUBSTANCE: device comprising a metal-bearing structure mounted on a base with a hydraulic cylinder and a clamping device for a sample to which an accelerometer is connected, a load generating means with a working fluid source. According to the invention, the load generating means is designed as a metering pump with a pulsed fluid supply to a press system with a motor and a frequency converter connected thereto, while the pump is connected to through the fluid distributor and the rigid pipeline to the working cavity of the hydraulic cylinder, and is also equipped with a safety valve.
EFFECT: accelerating determination of mechanical properties of machines details and elements.
