FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, namely, to design of test bench (resource, strength, etc.) of pump rotors, mainly, oil main pumps. Resource test bench of rotors of main pumps comprises high-pressure hydroelectric station, frequency converter, frame with guides with installed on it electric motor, which shaft is coaxially connected by means of the first coupling with torsion, kinematically connected through the second and third couplings respectively to fixed reduction gear and movable reduction gear, torsion barrel hydraulic cylinder connected via lever system, second coupling and fixed reduction gear with torsion, tested by rotor arranged in hollow output shafts of fixed and movable reduction gearboxes, fixed and movable supports and connected by means of clamping device with torsion, hydraulic cylinder of radial load connected through movable reduction gear with tested rotor, hydraulic cylinder of axial load connected via movable support with tested rotor, and set of sensors.
EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities due to development of test bench of various types of rotors of main pumps with provision of maximum possible approximation of simulated actions to real operating conditions of rotor in main pump, acceleration of tests without distortion of aging and wear processes, as well as without changing characteristics of materials corresponding to normal modes of operation.
