FIELD: mechanical engineering; diesel engines. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fuel injection devices. Proposed nozzle has body with fuel delivery channel, fuel feed union, spray tip housing with fuel delivery channel and underneedle space, valves arranged in spray tip housing, pressure spindle mated with needle valve at one side and spring at other side. Nozzle is provided with spacer with fuel delivery channel arranged between nozzle body and spray tip housing, shaped union nut, washers to adjust pressure of fuel delivery commencement and sealed fuel space accommodating spring and pressure spindle. Volume of fuel space is equal to or 5-10% less than fuel volume including volume of spray tip underneedle space, volume of nozzle fuel delivery channels, volume of high pressure pipe and volume of fuel pump union to shutoff part of fuel pump delivery valve. EFFECT: simplified design of nozzle, facilitated manufacture, improved reliability, stability in operation and increased service life. 1 dwg
