FIELD: mechanical engineering; diesel engines. SUBSTANCE: proposed nozzle has body with fuel delivery channel, fuel feed union with slot fuel filter, spray tip housing with fuel delivery channel and underneedle space, spacer with fuel delivery channel, spaced union nut and washers to adjust pressure of fuel delivery commencement. Needle valve is placed in spray tip housing. Shortened pressure spindle is mated with needle valve at one side and with spring at other side. Spring, pressure spindle and flexible member made of elastomer are arranged in sealed fuel space found in nozzle body. Elastomer member is placed inside spring and is rigidly coupled with nozzle body, but it does not touch spring coils. Elastomer member is provided with sealed gas space whose volume is greater than maximum possible fuel leaks from underneedle space of spray tip at injection. EFFECT: simplified design of nozzle, facilitated manufacture, improved reliability, stability in operation and increased service life. 2 cl, 2 dwg
