FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparation of 10,14-bis(3-chlorophenyl)-12-halophenyl-7,8,16,17-tetraoxa-10,12,14-triazaspiro[5.11] heptadecanes of general formula (1): R=o,m,p-Br, m-Cl, p-F, wherein haloanilines (o-, m-, p-bromoaniline, m-chloroaniline, p-fluoroaniline) are reacted with 1=0,14-bis(3-chlorophenyl)-7,8,12,16,17-pentaoxa-10,14-diazaspiro[5.11]heptadecane in the presence of Sm(NO3)3⋅6H2O catalyst⋅ at a molar ratio of haloaniline:10,14-bis(3-chlorophenyl)-7,8,12,16,17-pentaoxa-10,14-diazaspiro[5.11]heptadecane:Sm(NO3)3⋅6H2O = 10:(10-12):(0.3-0.7) at a room temperature (20°C) and atmospheric pressure for 4-6 hours in THF.

EFFECT: new compounds of general formula 1 are obtained.
