SUBSTANCE: operating table includes a mobile X-ray transparent tabletop, is equipped with a movable X-ray transparent frame, an X-ray transparent chest strap and an electric drive, the frame being located beneath the tabletop surface and provided with a pin located along its longitudinal axis and connected to the electric drive, and the chest strap is rigidly fixed to the frame pin, at that, slots are made in the tabletop through which the two ends of the strap pass, covering the patient's chest and made with the ability to connect a soft X-ray transparent lock thereon. In case of cardiac arrest during surgery, the frame with the pin and the strap is moved to the chest area of the patient; two ends of the strap are passed from the left and right of the patient's chest through the slots in the tabletop and connected by a lock; a reversible motor that causes rapid rotational movements of the pin clockwise and counterclockwise is activated; the strap is wound on the pin first to one and then to the other side, which leads to rhythmic compression of the patient's chest.

EFFECT: ability to continue and finish the operation by performing automatic heart massage directly on the operating table.
