SUBSTANCE: user of the computer device (2) specifies personal data, geolocation. The indicated data is transfered to the processor unit (4). A request is made by the processor unit (4) for forecast environmental data: a weather forecast, a geomagnetic background forecast and a forecast of air condition in accordance with the geo-location of the weather server (5). The weather server (5) transmits the forecast data to the processor unit (4). The user data and forecast data is transmitted to the encoder (8). A single hash code containing user data and forecast data is formed. The hash code is directed to the decoder (9) and compared to the database (10) of the dependencies of human body systems functioning on weather parameters, geomagnetic background and air condition. The compared data is sent to the display tool (11). Information about the influence of environmental parameters on human body systems functioning is displayed.

EFFECT: increased objectivity of the forecast data, increased speed of system operation, simplified design and extended design capabilities due to the multi-parameter accounting of the most optimal set of parameters, as well as by creating a single hash code containing the entire set of parameters.
