FIELD: personal protective equipment (PPE).
SUBSTANCE: invention is related specifically to hygiene and medical prevention and is intended to prevent the ingress of a gaseous environment containing harmful aerosols (bacteria, viruses, allergens) in various forms, including in the form of liquid droplets, as well as various types of dust, into the respiratory organs, including the upper respiratory tract, as well as into the eyes and on the skin of the face. The device for protecting the face from a hazardous gaseous environment contains a head mount and a perforated tube installed on it, having a perforation made with the possibility of creating an air curtain on the surface of the face from an automatically controlled air flow flowing out through the specified perforation and coming from a pneumatic apparatus, the discharge channel of which is connected to the internal volume of the perforated tube, as well as sensors of monitored parameters. At the same time, the device is provided with a head mount and an associated computing transceiver module, including at least one microcontroller made with a neural computer architecture and an artificial intelligence function, which provides automatic regulation of the air flow coming from the pneumatic device, a heating element, a source of negative ions, as well as a built-in disinfectant, placed with the ability to interact with the air flow supplied by the pneumatic device, and the sensors of the controlled parameters are made in the form of intelligent sensors for monitoring the physiological parameters of the user's state and monitoring the environmental parameters, connected by a flexible common bus to the specified microcontroller, configured to processing information from intelligent sensors for adaptive automatic control of the operating mode of the pneumatic device and maintaining the geolocation function. The device is also equipped with means for wireless transmission of values of monitored parameters, while the control transceiver module is equipped with a button for activating wireless transmission means and an alarm button, the control transceiver module is equipped with a video camera, the lens of which is mechanically connected to the head mount, which is made adjustable and equipped with means visual signalling about the inclusion of the air curtain in the form of control LEDs connected to the specified microcontroller.
EFFECT: creation of alternative design of the device that protects user’s face from a dangerous gaseous and aerosol environment, in particular, by provision of comprehensive enclosing and neutralizing protection of the body from bacteria and viruses.
