SUBSTANCE: wound surface is excised to the lower layers of granulation, then the edge portions of the wound are excised by a scalpel. Autoplasty is performed with a full-length autograft of the appropriate size with the formation of slits for the eyes, mouth, nose therein.
EFFECT: engraftment of an entire full-layer free skin autograft onto a granulating wound, reduced risk of autograft retractio and development of scars in the postoperative period in the area of transition to healthy skin.
