FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: model of the pathological defect and skin transplant withdrawal are performed. In case of extensive burn defects, a transplantant corresponding to the defect size is taken using a scalpel. At that, the mosaic sections of the lower dermis layers at the donor site are preserved. After the defect is covered, the donor wound is covered by a split skin autotransplant. The split skin transplant is obtained from a healthy area of the patient's skin using a biopsy punch.
EFFECT: method provides withdrawal of a autotransplant of desired size during skin autoplasty with simultaneous donor bed plastics, reduces the time of patient treatment and rehabilitation by preserving the mosaic areas of the dermis.
