FIELD: medicine, plastic surgery.
SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to fulfill a bordering incision of skin along the border of deep burns to remove them and carry out further skin plasty. Moreover, skin at affected site should be dissected along the border of a scab-forming burn being perpendicular against its surface. After necrectomy one should additionally dissect tissues in wound's corners being perpendicular the first incision by forming a parallel border of transplant's adjoining towards healthy skin. The innovation enables to achieve in post-surgical period a noncicatricial area of transition between autoplasty and healthy skin and improve distant cosmetic results.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of plasty.
