SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to medicine, namely, to plastic surgery and combustiology. Method of plastic surgery with a full-thickness skin autograft after the 17–22th day after trauma by a single full-thickness free skin autograft on a granulating wound with preliminary excision of 1–2 mm of upper layers of granulation and wound margins by 0.5–2.0 cm In this case, in the first 1–3 days after the injury, a split skin autograft with a thickness of 0.25–0.3 mm and an area of 10sq.cm is produced. It is obtained from it the culture of dermal autoplastic graft to the third passage in a final concentration of 1.3 million cells per 1ml at a rate of not less than 25 thousand cells per 1sq.cm. of the machined surface. In this case, the obtained dermal autoplastic graft culture in 0.9% physiological solution is applied for 25-30 minutes before autoplasty by irrigation of the inner surface of a full-thickness skin autograft and a burn wound after excision of granulations.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to create conditions for the rapid engraftment and adaptation of a single full-thickness free skin autograft onto a granulating wound after its excision, to exclude the risk of transmission of bloodborne infection, reduce the risk of developing rough scar tissue in the long-term postoperative period.
