SUBSTANCE: machine is proposed, containing a loading hopper, a potential flat electrode and a grounded flat electrode, between which the upper branch of a rubberized conveyor belt with continuous dielectric beads is located. The potential electrode is located at the distance of 6.5 cm from the rubberized belt. The height of the continuous dielectric beads located on the belt is 15 cm, the belt is pressed from the bottom against the beads by a supporting frame. From the bead ends, at the hopper, an adjustable dielectric slide is located, and the hopper with a vibrator fixed thereto has a slit adjustable outlet opening and is mounted on vibratory bearings. The potential electrode fixed between the beads on dielectric pins and fixed to the dielectric frame by dielectric clamps, is made of sheet foil-topped fiberglass, the width of the rubberized conveyor belt is 100 cm.
