SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a device for pre-sowing treatment of seeds, which includes a loading hopper, a driving and tensioning drums, a three-phase asynchronous electric motor with a squirrel-cage rotor, a manual hydraulic jack, phase and zero electrodes of stainless steel, single-phase current source, dielectric platform made of getinax, spray chamber, receiving container. Manual hydraulic jack is rigidly fixed with belt transporter, to platform of manual hydraulic jack phase electrode is fixed, which has connection with single-phase current source. Drive drum is attached to belt conveyor on loading hopper side, tensioning drum is attached to belt conveyor from receiving container side, dielectric platform is located inside belt conveyor vertically coaxially with phase electrode of manual hydraulic jack, on area of which zero electrode is fixed. Dielectric platform is attached to belt conveyor. Zero electrode has connection with single-phase current source. Spraying chamber is made with mechanical nozzles of fan type and rigidly attached to belt conveyor.

EFFECT: device provides higher efficiency of seeds treatment.
