FIELD: agricultural engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for stimulating and disinfecting seeds by gradient-type corona discharge electric field. Proposed spilling device contains electrode system to form gradient-type corona discharge electric field and built-in high-voltage source. Electrode system to form gradient-type corona discharge electric field is made inform of alternating equipotential groups arranged vertically at equal distance relative to each other and in parallel to each other and connected to different pole terminals of high-voltage source. According to first design version, said group is formed by wire electrodes uniformly spaced in vertical plane square to direction of seed movement and electrically connected to each other. According to second design version, electrode system is formed by opposite current-conducting strips applied to both sides of dielectric plate at equal pitch square to direction of seed movement and electrically connected to each other.

EFFECT: improved quality of stimulating and disinfecting treatment of seeds.
