SUBSTANCE: in the system for assessing the electromagnetic parameters of a marine object containing a controlled aerial lifting device, a determinant of the relative spatial position of the controlled aerial hoisting device and the marine object under study, a test complex including a control computer and its communication lines and equipment controls installed on the surveyed sea object and controlled by an aerial lift device, as well as electromagnetic field sensors and installed on a controlled air-lift device wide antenna, the antenna input is connected to the output of the test signal generator. The sensors of the measuring complex are installed in the premises of the marine object under study. The antenna is equipped with a spatial orientation drive controlled by the mutual position indicator of the controlled aerial lifting device and the marine object under study. The generator of the test signal is provided with an electromagnetic control channel controlled by a mutual position indicator, a controlled aerial lifting device and the marine object under study. Channel level of electromagnetic interference management may include generator power control proportional range to the test marine object or generator can be configured with a fixed power output, and the level of electromagnetic interference control channel is designed as a key circuit, a control input of which is connected to a program module comparing the current aeropodemnym distance between the device and the test object with the sea in the reference value range defined by the of setting a value of the electromagnetic influence on the study of marine object. EFFECT: evaluation of the effectiveness of the implementation of measures to ensure the security of the marine object under investigation from intentional force electromagnetic influences.
