FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: method for increase of the adhesive activity of lactobacilli cultures, including lactobacilli cultivation at a temperature of 36-38°C on a dense nutrient medium MRS for 24-48 hours, preparation of a lactobacilli suspension to a concentration of 1 OD and an erythrocytes suspension to a concentration of 1012 cell/ml in a physiological solution of sodium chloride at a pH of 7.2-7.4, incubation of a mixture of bacterial suspensions of 2.5 ml and erythrocytes 1 ml in a shaker incubator for 30 min at 36-38°C, mixture centrifugation for 5 minutes at 1000 rpm, supernatant decanting, precipitate resuspension in a physiological sodium chloride solution at a pH of 7.2-7.4, filtering of the resuspended precipitate through a membrane filter with a pore diameter of 1.2 mcm to free from non-attached bacteria, lactobacilli replanting from the filter surface to a dense nutrient medium MRS and culture growing at a temperature of 36-38°C for 24-48 hours.
EFFECT: method allows to effectively increase the adhesive activity of lactobacilli cultures in comparison with the initial values.
