FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: liquid cooling device of the electric vehicle components comprises a high-temperature hydraulic circuit and a low-temperature hydraulic circuit for cooling the electric vehicle components. In the high-temperature hydraulic circuit, a motor-driven pump is arranged to supply the heat transfer medium from the radiator to liquid cooling jacket of the traction motor, a heat engine and a generator of electric current having a drive from the heat engine. There are valves with electromechanical drive controlled by signals of temperature sensors are installed in hydraulic lines communicating said liquid cooling jackets with the radiator. The motor-driven pump is arranged in the low-temperature hydraulic circuit for supplying heat-transfer medium from the radiator to the liquid cooling jacket of the storage battery, an inverter and a device for charging the storage battery. There are valves with electromechanical drive controlled by signals of temperature sensors are installed in hydraulic lines communicating the liquid cooling jackets with the radiator. Each hydraulic circuit has a compensation-expansion tank communicating with hydraulic lines, and with a hydraulic line located between the radiator and the pump.
EFFECT: improvement of efficiency of cooling of electric vehicle components, improvement of their operation reliability, simplification of liquid cooling device.
