FIELD: items for personal use.

SUBSTANCE: absorbent article is intended for women personal hygiene, including areas that can contact menstrual excreta. These structures can be used to physically separate such excreta. The absorbent article of personal women hygiene has lateral side edges and includes a top sheet layer, a bottom sheet layer, optionally an additional inner liner layer and at least one absorbent core having lateral side edges where at least one absorbent core is located between the top sheet layer and a bottom sheet layer. At that, the absorbent article of personal women hygiene further has a longitudinal axis, a transverse axis and a vertical axis and is characterized by at least one decolorizing structure located on at least one of the following layers: a top sheet layer, at least one absorbent core layer, a bottom sheet layer, an optional additional inner liner layer, or between one or more of said layers. At that, the bleaching structure is located near the lateral side edges of the article and the bleaching structure extends beyond the lateral side edge of the absorbent core along the transverse axis. The bleaching structure is a multilayer material consisting of two nonwoven materials, where the two nonwoven materials comprise the first nonwoven material in which the average pore size is about 50 to 200 microns and the second nonwoven material in which the average pore size is about 3 to 40 microns.
