FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: for radiological imaging, a radiological image of the subject's brain is obtained after the introduction of a radioactive marker that binds to the target substance, which is a sign of clinical pathology. A non-rigid alignment of the brain image with a positive template indicating the presence of a clinical pathology, with a negative template indicating a lack of clinical pathology, and an intermediate template indicating a condition intermediate between the presence and absence of a clinical pathology, forming the result of the study on the basis of the indices of the positive, negative and intermediate results, quantitatively expressing the accuracy of alignment with the corresponding patterns. The result of the study is formed by quantifying the second mode of the intensity histogram for the brain image.
EFFECT: group of inventions speeds up the implementation of the diagnostic study by reducing the number of patient visualizations and using a template specific to the radioactive marker.
