SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, in particular, to application of secretion-stimulating peptide GHRP-6, which is repeatedly introduced in composition of pharmaceutical composition, which prevents and removes deposits of pathological fibrous material in parenchymatous tissues of internal organs, such as liver, lungs, esophagus, small intestine, kidneys, blood vessels, joints, and other system forms of skin fibrosis of any etiopathogenesis. In addition, said peptide prevents and removes deposits of amyloid and hyaline material in any their forms and types of tissues, including, in brain, cerebellum, blood vessels, liver, intestine, kidneys, pancreas, joints and skin. Thus, it corrects cellular, tissue and organ dysfunctions, caused by said deposits. Peptide, in accordance with claimed invention, is applied by infiltration or locally, contributing to prevention and removal of keloids and hypertrophic scars in skin, resulting from burns and other skin trauma.

EFFECT: group of inventions ensures fast reduction of excessive amount of collagen material and extracellular matrix, removal of pathological deposits of fibrous material in parenchymatous internal tissues.
