FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: combined surgical drainage consists of two strips of cellulose acetate membrane coated on the outside with a non-woven polyester backing material, and a PVC tube. The strips are made 15 to 30 cm long, 1.2 to 3.5 cm wide, have perforation along the middle line in 2/3 distal sections with aperture diameter of 0.3 to 1.0 cm and bonded with a biological inert glue. PVC tube is made 18 to 33 cm long with an inner diameter of 0.3 to 1.5 cm, has a staggered perforation in the distal end with a diameter of 0.3 to 1.5 cm in an amount from 5 to 10 pcs and is located between the cellulose acetate strips.

EFFECT: invention allows local drainage of even small cavities of a postoperative wound, has a curative effect, and functions for a longer time.
