FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: generator contains a housing, a subexciter consisting of axial permanent magnets of the subexciter inductor and an axial magnetic core, into the grooves of which the multiphase winding of the subexciter armature is laid. The exciter consists of a magnetic core with a singlephase excitation winding of the exciter, connected to the multiphase winding of the subexciter armature through a multiphase full-wave rectifier. The main generator consists of a magnetic core with a singlephase excitation winding of the main generator connected to the multiphase winding of the exciter armature through a multiphase full-wave rectifier. The magnetic cores with the multiphase armature winding of the main generator are mounted on one shaft fixed in the front and rear bearing assemblies. The axial permanent magnets of the subexciter inductor are rigidly fixed to the shaft by means of the first disc. The housing is divided into the front, rear and middle sections. The front and middle sections are made in the form of truncated cones with different apex angles. The rear section is made cylindrical. The outer base of the rear section is formed by a housing cover, on whose internal surface a multiphase full-wave rectifier is fixed, and the second bearing assembly is mounted in the center. The base of the middle section coincides with the inner base of the rear section, and the truncated portion of the middle section coincides with the base of the front section, wherein the magnetic core with the single-phase excitation winding of the main generator and the magnetic core with the multiphase armature winding of the main generator are made in the form of a truncated cone. The magnetic core with the single-phase excitation winding and the magnetic core with the multiphase winding of the exciter armature are made radial.
EFFECT: improved weight and dimension indicators and simplified manufacturing.
