FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: steel contains, wt %: carbon 0.10-0.20; silicon 0.02-0.12; manganese 0.02-0.12; chromium 1.70-2.10; nickel 3,2-5,00; molybdenum 0.35-0.70; vanadium 0.010-0.15; copper 0,005-0,03; cobalt 0.001-0.03; sulfur 0,0005 - 0,03; phosphorus 0.0005-0.003; arsenic 0.001-0.004; antimony 0.001-0.004; tin 0,001-0,004; hydrogen 0.00001-0.0001; aluminium 0.015-0.035; bismuth 0.001-0.004; lead 0.001-0.003; nitrogen 0.0001-0.008; oxygen 0.0001-0.0030; niobium 0.005-0.08; zirconium 0.005-0.04, at least one rare earth metal selected from the group consisting of yttrium, neodymium and praseodym 0.005-0.12; iron is the rest. The steel is characterized by high values of yield stress and ultimate strength at operation temperature up to 400°C.
EFFECT: low values of critical brittleness temperature, high resistance to embrittlement under thermal action and neutron irradiation.
