FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: coupling device is made for attachment at least of one roof panel to the block building construction. In general such coupling device have a horizontal foundation made for engagement with the bearing member that is a component of the block construction. An inclined plate is fastened on the foundation for installation of the roof panel on it. A locking member with employment of friction forces fastens each roof panel to the inclined plate.
