FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: wood-polymer composition for a composite material contains polypropylene, a wood filler and additives. As a wood filler, it contains wood waste, pretreated in a sealed chamber in a flue gas environment at the temperature of 225°C for 30 min and ground to particles with the size of 0.08-1.16 mm. As additives, it contains the ester of 3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl propionic acid and pentaerythritol, polypropylene containing 1-6% of grafted maleic anhydride or maleic acid and a mixture of fatty acid ethers.
EFFECT: increasing the strength of composite material during stretching, tensile yield stress, the module of elasticity, resistance to bending under temperature load, reducing the water absorption index.
