FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: according to the first version, in the method for intensifying the burning process of Portland cement clinker with mineralizers, which includes simultaneous feeding to the rotary furnace of wet process for the production of Portland cement raw meal and mineralizers, burning them, dust, trapped by electrostatic precipitators, is additionally fed into the rotary furnace, and minerals, pre-ground to the remainder on the sieve №02 no more than 5% and the remainder on the sieve №008 no more than 15%, are fed continuously with the speed of the dust jet 30-150 m/s through the dust nozzle to material temperature region 845-1228ºC. According to the second version, in the method for intensifying the burning process of Portland cement clinker with mineralizers, which includes simultaneously feeding Portland cement raw meal and mineralizers to the rotary furnace, burning them in a combined-mode furnace, which is further supplied with dust trapped by electrostatic precipitators, and minerals pre-ground to a remainder on a sieve No. 02 no more than 5% and the remainder on the sieve №008 no more than 15%, are fed continuously with the speed of the dust jet 30-150 m/s through the dust nozzle to material temperature region 845-1228°C.

EFFECT: increased productivity of rotary furnaces for wet and combined production of Portland cement clinker and reduced specific fuel consumption for burning Portland cement clinker by lowering the temperature of clinker melt appearance.
