SUBSTANCE: present group of inventions refers to endovascular surgery, namely to sets and methods of preventing distal embolism accompanying endovascular interventions, including stroke prevention. Kits comprise two or three catheters, the first of which contains at least one balloon, provides not only blood passage to the distal parts of the body, in particular to the head arteries, but also blocks the passage of emboli to them, the second – is washed into the distal blood flow behind the arch of the thoracic aorta of the embolus, and the third – if necessary – provides supply of the medical preparation.

EFFECT: using the given group of inventions enables completely blocking the possibility of distal embolism of the head arteries in the presence of preserved blood flow in the distal portion of these arteries.
