FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has catheter with hollow conductor, woven and metal prostheses. The latter is mounted in tube behind the woven prosthesis with following its positioning inside the woven prosthesis. The prosthesis optionally has catheter with conductor, woven and metal prostheses, the latter being mounted in tube behind the woven prosthesis with following its positioning inside the woven prosthesis. The metal prosthesis is Y-shaped and has blood- impermeable coating in each knee of which fabric-metal stent prostheses. Method involves setting woven and metal prostheses by initially introducing fabric and metal prosthesis with following arrangement of metal prosthesis earlier mounted in the tube inside it. Prosthesis introduction is carried out via single pierce. Another version of the method involves setting woven and metal prostheses. An additional metal prosthesis is introduced into fabric-and-metal prostheses mounted via single pierce. An additional Y-shaped metal prosthesis is introduced into coaxially set fabric-and-metal prostheses via single pierce with additional fabric-and-metal prostheses placed in each of its knees.
