SUBSTANCE: surveillance is carried out by a monochrome or colour television system of all-round view in a region close to a hemisphere, i.e. in a spatial angle of 360 degrees in azimuth and tens of degrees in the angle of elevation. An aperture forming unit (AFU) is introduced, and the number of elements identical in each "ring" line of the photodetector is at least two times the value of the given optimal camera resolution, estimated in the television lines, which fit into the length of this "ring" line.
EFFECT: aligning the sensitivity of the television camera throughout the whole image field at a given value of its optimal longitudinal resolution.
